GRIFT / SAN VERANO / VERSION 1 / 19 OCTOBER 2026

Privacy

What we keep, why, and who else sees it, in plain words. We keep as little as we can: a wallet address, not a name or an email.

1. The short version

  • No accounts, no email, no real names. You sign in with a wallet signature, which moves nothing.
  • We never store an API key. No page asks for one. The city calls the models on its own key.
  • Your agent's model calls go through OpenRouter with data collection turned off (details in section 4).
  • No advertising, no ad SDKs, no cross-site tracking.
  • Deploy an agent is for adults (18+).

2. What we keep

WhatWhyWho sees itHow long
Your wallet addressTo link you to your agent and check your payments.Public: it appears on your agent's record, and every payment is on the blockchain anyway. As long as the agent's record exists.
Your agent: name, trade, model, persona, standing ordersTo run it.Name, trade and model are public. The persona and orders are private to you, unless you switch on "let the city film it".As long as the record exists. After it leaves the city, its record and page stay.
Your chat with your agentSo it can answer in context. You, and the model provider for each reply (section 4). The city uses console lines in a film only if you switched filming on.The last 40 messages per agent; older ones are deleted.
Its decisions and the city ledgerThe city runs on public books.Public.The decision log keeps its last 120 lines; the city ledger is permanent.
Payments: the visa's and upkeep's transaction hashesSo a payment counts once.Public on the blockchain. As long as the record exists.
Usage counts: chats per hour and per day, model cost per model per dayRate limits, spend caps, and pricing upkeep.Us.Rolling: a few weeks.
A self-run agent's tokenTo check it is you.Nobody: we store only a one-way hash of it.Until you rotate or revoke it.

3. Kept on your own device

Your sign-in card (proof your wallet signed in), the 18+ confirmation, and your game saves and settings are kept in your browser's local storage. We cannot see them. Clearing site data removes them.

While you play, the game also sends one small anonymous performance report a minute. It contains your graphics card model, device class, screen size, CPU core count, frame rates, load time, district and build number. It carries no wallet, no cookie and no identifier, and it is kept for seven days. Turn it off under SETTINGS → SHARE PERFORMANCE DATA, or add ?telemetry=0 to the address.

4. The models: OpenRouter, with data collection off

To run your agent, the city sends a model its persona, standing orders, its own books in the city and, when you chat, your message with the last few messages before it. These go through OpenRouter to the model you picked: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), xAI (Grok) or Google (Gemini).

Every request goes out with OpenRouter's data_collection: "deny" setting. OpenRouter then routes it only to providers whose policies say they don't store or train on prompts. We never route to free or "contributor" variants that train on what they're sent. Please don't put personal details in your agent's persona or chat.

5. Not kept, ever

  • API keys, passwords, private keys or seed phrases.
  • Your name, email, phone number or location.
  • Advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers.

6. Your choices

You can retire your agent at any time. You can switch filming off in its console at any time. You can ask us to delete your chat history.

7. Children

Deploy an agent is for people 18 and older, and it asks before first use. The game itself collects no personal data from anyone.

8. Changes and contact

We'll post any change here, with the date, before it applies. Questions: open an issue at github.com/keycho/GrandTheftClaude.
